Quality Guarantee
It's hard to communicate all of the attributes of a sheepskin without having it in your hands. No two sheepskins are exactly alike. We stand behind our products with a Quality Guarantee.
These are natural products, not factory made. It is normal to have variations in wool length, color, and thicknesses. The leather backside may have minor scrapes and blemishes from processing the hide.
Our sheepskins are not over processed. Especially coming out of the box, they will have a "new leather" odor that could be a little sheepy. Traditionally made, natural sheepskins that are not over processed should have a natural look, feel, and smell.
Our guarantee assumes that there will be variations from piece to piece. Minor imperfections on the leather underside do not affect the sheepskin's outward appearance. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item, we'll refund the order.
- If the item is DAMAGED or the QUALITY NOT TO SATISFACTION, contact us within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt at customerservice@europeansheepskins.com.
- The item must be NEW, UNUSED, CLEAN condition as it was received.
- Only in the case of DAMAGE ISSUES we'll send you a RETURN SHIPPING label and REFUND THE ITEM PRICE when the return is received.
- For other issues, like exchange or change of mind, the CUSTOMER is responsible for RETURN SHIPPING.
EXCLUDES shipping to and from Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders.
