It's hard to communicate the feel of the sheepskin without having it in your hands. That's why we will stand behind the quality of our products with a Return Shipping Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please tell us why by email within 7 days of receipt. We'll send you a UPS return shipping label and refund the order. Please return the item unused and in the original packaging as sent.
EXCLUDES shipping to and from Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders.

Please note that these are natural products, not factory made. It is normal to have variations in wool length, color, and thicknesses. The leather backside may have minor scrapes and blemishes from processing the hide.

Our guarantee assumes that there will be variations from piece to piece. Minor imperfections on the leather underside do not affect the sheepskin's outward appearance and are not a reason for a return or refund.
